Did you scream while pushing the baby out?

I just watched my birthing video and I was screaming hella loud. I know it hurt but was I being dramatic or something? 😂

I didn’t scream. I just kinda grunted.
I think the loudest I got was when I said “Fuck!” Cause the doctor was pulling me open more with her fingers mid-push lol. It was unexpected 😂

I didnt have to push, because I landed in c sections. But I did cry the entire time, during both, and probably will again with this one. Most people probably do not cry during, but it's scary as hell and my anxiety was going crazy.

I think I grunted and right when my daughter was pulled out I started bawling while she was placed on my chest. I was so in love

The only thing I said was give me ice! I was so thirsty! My sons dad was like, I can’t believe you don’t say anything!

I screamed, and I bitched at the nurse who told me not to. It's different for everybody and everyone finds ways to deal with the pain differently. My daughter had a 14 inch head. There was no way I was going to be quiet

I did more grunting/low moans but I do remember yelling “YES!” at some point in the pushing process because pushing was actually a relief for me (I had to fight the urge to push for about an hour because my body was telling me to push at 4 CM dilated—- absolute torture.)

I stayed quiet with both my deliveries. I cried but I never screamed or anything like that.
