Only want salty, greasy, junk food
7 weeks today, and just as my last pregnancy, the only foods that sound appealing are junk food. Greasy pizza, nachos, grilled cheese, etc. 🍕🌮🍔🍟 This is not normal for me — I usually love fresh meals with lots of fruits and veggies. My last pregnancy, my husband was thrilled with my cravings (he can eat anything and stay fit) so we indulged. Well I ended up with borderline gestational diabetes and polyhydramnios, so I can’t do that this time! 😭
My angel of a husband has been getting up early and staying up late to make my meals and pack my lunches for work. I just finished eating quinoa, a healthy salad, and a hummus snack pack and I feel like 🤢. I am SO grateful to him for doing this for me but I can’t pretend to love it! All I want is a slice of pizza!
Anyone else crave junk but manage to avoid it or find something healthy that satisfies the craving? Help!
