What happened at your post partum dr appointment?

Have my dr appointment today and just wondering what to expect!

Answer

I had a second degree tear so she checked that, did a Pap smear, and we talked about postpartum depression and birth control.

She did a pelvic and recital exam. I had an episiotomy so she was checking everything healed. She prescribed me a steroid cream for hemorrhoids (😕) and discussed birth control options.

He just checked to make sure I was healing well and asked questions about my healing and birth control.
