Calculating DPO

I got a positive opk on the 4th and entered it into glow and my calendar updated and changed my ovulation day to the next day, the 5th. I know you ovulate 12-24 hours from getting the positive but it made me wonder if you count the day of the positive opk as ovulation day or the day after?
