incompetent cervix 23 weeks 4cm dilated. very scared.

Has anyone experienced this before and had a good outcome?

I'm currently 4cm dilated and on strict bedrest. I'm extremely scared. I had been peeing when I felt something coming out and had to call an ambulance. doctor is giving me steroids to help lung development the next two days and then I'll go to a hospital 2 hours away that can help my baby better if born this early
