Light bleeding two days after rough sex?

So my period ended on Wednesday and I started my pill like normal that Friday. On time, everything perfect. Had sex that night with a ribbed condom and it ended up hurting so bad I made him stop bc I was so raw. I have him a BJ and he finished in my mouth and swallowed. we both washed our hands and he filled the condom with water to make sure it didn't rip. And it didn't. The next day I had barely any discharge and was still sore down there. But the day after that there was very light pink spotting in my panties. Is that just from the roughness of the sex or is it possible that I had implantation 2 days after PROTECTED SEX (condom, birth control, and pull out with the condom on+condom didn't rip) also I've been on the pill for over a year now.b
