i was showering and this came out and feels like rocks is it just my uterus lining? 
edit: i am not sexually active and have never experienced pain

I’d put those in a bag and call your dr. That’s odd. If you’re in pain that’s worse. If your dr suggests getting checked immediately bring them with you to the er. Or you can always go to urgent care
