Help implantation or period?

I miscarried 5/11 natural, dr approved to try again right away, I ovulated and we did. Today would make me late and I have been feeling strange all day, after feeling little sharp pains in my uterus I went to bathroom and there was a tiny bit of brown discharge, it’s been 2 hours and I haven’t had anymore. Mind you I haven’t had my first real period yet this Friday makes 4 weeks from miscarriage. Could it be implantation or just gearing up for a late AF? Really trying not to get my hopes up.
