Which iPhone do you like more

I’m finally upgrading from a 6 and I’m not really sure what I should upgrade to (no X) so I was looking at the 7s and was wondering if the 7 or 7+ was the exact same (just one looks different) or if one is better than the other or if the 8 is the way to go.
