Birth control
So I need some help, I have acne mostly from hormones and I have really bad periods. My periods are super heavy and normally last 10 days and my cramps get to the point where it hurts to just breathe. My mom is having me go on birth control to help with my acne and period. Do y’all have any tips and recommendations for birth control? (Btw I’m 17)
