Afterbirth tearing

I delivered on July 3rd and had two 2nd degree tears that were stitched. I was doing fine but now I feel burning while I pee and I don't actually mean bladder infection. Whenever I pee it touches one of the tears. It's so painful it makes me cry everytime. I've looked at the tear and can only see one stitch granted I can't open my vagina very far. What can I do for the pain?
