Switching practitioners at 15 weeks😁

My husband and I moved in January and I never found a new OB, when I found out I was pregnant in April I saw my old OB who is pretty far away. We decided that since the baby is due in the winter and we get pretty bad snow here we should find someone closer to our new home. It's been very stressful and anxiety producing for me to make this switch from my doc who I have know for many years. Today at 15 weeks I will be seeing a group of midwives, and although I have heard great things about midwives, I'm nervous and don't know what to expect. Also, I'm a little annoyed that their in office ultrasound tech does not accept my insurance, so I will have to schedule ultrasounds at the hospital. Thanks for listening, I just needed to vent a little and see if anyone has had this experience.
