Does anyone know how to change your cycle length on this app?

I entered it when I first started but completely guessed and I was wrong so i want to change it but don’t know how ?

The cycle length like 28 or 30 days or something?! I’m pretty sure that’s under the settings option. You have to click on me (the bottom right) then you go under the settings and you can edit it there I’m pretty sure.
