I’m in Europe and my period was supposed to arrive 5 days ago! I think my circadian rhythms are just off which probably would affect menstruation, but I’m annoyed because I don’t know when it will strike!

Yes! In fact, one time when I was studying abroad, my period disappeared for three months. It’s perfectly normal :)

Yep..for me, every time I travel around my expected start date, it’s always late..especially if going to a different time zone. So I completely understand..It’s inconvenient. Just carry pads, tampons, etc. with you wherever you go.
