So confused???

I am about 11DPO and am bleeding. Not heavy like a period but enough to wear a liner. I’m not supposed to get my period till Wednesday/Thursday of next week. My question is, how long is implantation bleeding supposed to last and how heavy is it supposed to be. I know every woman is different but I don’t know what to think. Trying not to read too much into symptoms I may be feeling either but I’ve had constant pain on my right side for a few days now and my boobs hurt on and off. Thoughts?
