Twin dreams

I had a dream last night vivid as all heck. I dreamt that I was 3dpo and had an urge to pee on a stick. It immediately turned positive which blew me away because it was way to early. Called the doctor and she had me come in right away for a blood test. HCG was through the roof. Doctor told me that this can only happen with multiples and so we waiting another week and did an ultrasound. Sure enough TWINS. I woke up so extremely happy and excited because I am hoping I’ll have a Father’s Day surprise for my husband. TWW brain I guess. Anyone else have this and it come true?
