Morning sickness

Does anyone have any helpful tips for morning sickness. Mine seems to be around this time every day after I’ve eaten. And Once I start I can’t stop being sick 😥 I’m at work and nobody other than my boss knows. So it’s hard to hide keep going to the toilet.
