Braxton Hicks?
Im 21w3d and a few minutes ago I had What felt kinda like really really bad constipation (sorry tmi) but it was lower down towards my uterus. Felt like a bad period cramp. also kind got tight on my left side close to my ribs. It happens twice and seems like it’s stopped. is this Braxton Hicks? please let me know thank u
