Sleeping All Day

My sleep schedule has been fucked up all week. I don’t fall asleep until around 5/6am and then I’ll set my alarm for 10am. I’ll wake up and hit snooze then I’ll fall asleep and not wake up until the afternoon. I’m not sure how to fix it and I hate wasting an entire day just by sleeping when there’s so many things I could do instead. What can I do?
