Hi! It’s my first chart, 3 weeks off the pill after years and first time ttc. Not sure how long it will take to ovulate after so long on the pill not really up to scratch on reading the chart just yet any tips appreciated
! No ❤️s as I’m away at sea for a few months hoping this time will allow my body to get back to normal and regulate my cycle!
