Anybody else have a LO with this? I am guessing that’s what it is. The doctor saw her and said it is likely thats what it could be but if the area changes to let her know. The only thing that concerns me is when I google the diagnosis it is said to not have any pain associated. My daughter is in pain every single bowel movement. Like screaming out and crying. It’s horrible. When I use wipes to clean her up she makes it very aware that the area is painful. I can clean her whole bottom and everything but once I barely touch the perineal area she crud out and squirms to get away while clenching her little butt. The few pictures online that show other cases aren’t exactly like hers. Apparently this is a very understudied topic. Any advice welcome
