Baby acne? Dry skin?

Just checking in to make sure it’s normal for baby acne to be on knees? Or if that’s something else? Is this a sign we should switch baby wash / lotion?

My daughter has a similar rash on her legs and trunk .... did you end up finding out what it was ??

Ours had that. We had to switch lotion and have been putting lotion on her twice a day as well as a bath every night with soap every other night.

my daughter is going on 2 months and has it on her face, I need its normal im a ftm so im not really sure
