i feel like everytime i get an anxiety attack, the sperm dies is that true ???!!!??i mean i don’t get anxiety attacks every single day , I get them if i’m lucky every 4 months or lesss one time a month.. but i am a anxious nervous person besides anxiety attacks.. can i still get pregnant ???

Severe stress caused by anxiety can affect your ovulation( can prevent it ) Panic attacks do not kill sperm . It sounds like you need to get your panic attacks resolved before you get pregnant.

Being really anxious probably isn’t good for your general health, which may not be good for TTC, but anxiety definitely doesn’t kill sperm or anything like that! I asked my doctor about being anxious while pregnant, and she didn’t think it was a big issue. Our bodies can handle a lot. I wondered if this was affecting my ability to conceive too, but it turned out I had PCOS. 
You could try to reduce your anxiety by considering therapy or medication, or trying to avoid situations that make you anxious.

Hello. That’s not true - it won’t have such a drastic impact but long periods of anxiety can make getting pregnant hard. It’s probably a good idea to try to sort out your anxiety issues before having a baby if you can x
