Maternity leave
When is everyone starting their maternity leave? I’m in NJ so i get 4 weeks before my due date off 66% paid, and it’s use it or lose it (doesn’t take away from any time afterward, but can’t add what you don’t use to extend the leave). The earliest I can go out is July 19, but I’m debating whether to stay an extra week until the 27th. I want to be a trooper and stick it out the extra week, but it really depends on how I’m feeling come July.
