Is this a scam? *UPDATES* It arrived!!

Ladies, the item arrived at my place!! I am so confused now. What should I do? Should I just try the product? But it kinda looks dodgy! Help! The pictures of the product are below!

So I recently clicked on an ad on Instagram and it led me to this site which I couldn’t recall the url about this lash extension serum. The thing about the site is that no price was shown first only the product info and you had to enter your name, contact details and address. Then they showed me the price. Upon seeing that I decided I don’t want to buy it anymore so I just close the page. Next thing I know, last night I received an email stating they have shipped out the item and told me to pay at abcinvoice.com. Is this legit?
