I was a few days ago when I went in to get tonsil surgery and found out I was pregnant. A few days before that I had been having cramps like I’m going to start my period but would never start bleeding. In the past I would have irregular periods and well it didn’t phase me that I didn’t start my period. Well those cramps started getting more and more intense to the point where one night I woke up out of a dead sleep felt like I had to make a bowl movement and couldn’t go. After that I tried to lay back down and go to sleep and again, it hurt so bad. This went on for about 10-15 minutes. After I stood up to go back and sit on the toilet it went away. I was fine like nothing ever happened, but the thing is there was never any blood or spotting. So I’m confused. This is my first baby, I’m nervous and scared.

Has this happened to anyone else before? I’m scared I may be having a miscarriage.
