Mirena IUD Insertion!!
Hello all!
Today i got the Mirena IUD inserted and it was PAINFUL. There was a lot of pressure and tears were flowing like no tomorrow. After everything was done, my gyne asked if sex/tampon insertion are painful, and suggested that i may have vaginisums. (vaginal muscles contract unwillingly when things being inserted and unable to relax them) Did anyone else have this issue? Is there anyway to help this??
