Staying Active
I love going to the gym still at 33w3d. It’s a great escape and way to release. I get on the elliptical for 30 min and it’s all I need to feel good about my fitness during pregnancy. I close my eyes and imagine being in labor and know that what I’m doing will help me during child birth and after.. 💪🏼
