Calendar help

Last night my calendar had my fertile window starting on the 10th. Then I get up and enter my bbt in for today and it changed my fertile window. Any idea why? I'm getting really frustrated. Also my opk has read high for 4 days (today is the 4th day) but no peak. Should I be concerned?
