Face stuff

Apparently I’m allergic to something I use on my face & I get tiny bumps on my face like a little rash

could be make up, face cream, brushes, who knows

I tried narrowing it down by now using certain things to see if the rash would go away but I’m so frustrated idk what it is

I tried using cetaphil but I see no change

Any suggestions to how to figure this out or make it go away?? ☹️
