I had my baby girl lick the lemon so I could see her face after and I was told that was child abuse???

Another nice form of parent shaming. I'm sorry someone said that to you. You're not giving your baby a freaking habanero pepper. It's a damn lemon. It's sour. That's all. I let my daughter try a lemon around 10 months. Only because I said I didn't want it with my water but they brought it anyways. She reached for it. I told her it was sour (she obviously doesn't know what I'm saying) she then proceeded to try and eat the whole damn thing. Never made a face. Nothing. She loved it.
