Pregnancy on pill?

Okay so what kind of things can get you pregnant on the pill? I want to avoid pregnancy at all costs and I want to make sure that I don't do anything to increase my possibilities

As long as u take them properly, don’t throw up within a few hours of taking a pill, have 6 bouts of diarrhea in 24 hours, or take any medications that can counteract the pills effectiveness, then ur good!

If you have diarrhea or vomit you should use protection just in case your body didn't fully absorb the pill, and also while on antibiotics.
I was on the pill for 3 years, never had a problem until I got a sinus infection and my antibiotics made my pill not work the right way and I didn't use protection so now I have a beautiful 1 year old 😊

I also just want to add that it's a myth antibiotics interact with birth control pills. There's only about 2-3 antibiotics that interact and they're not very common, they start with an "R" ex. Rifampin to treat tuberculosis. I personally like to take antibiotics at least 4 hours after taking my pill. Other antibiotics will only interact if it gives you vomiting or severe diarrhea.

Proper storage (make sure they're in proper temperature), always take your pill on time or within 1+/- an hour. vomiting 4 hours or less after taking the pill makes it less effective. 6+ severe bouts of diarrhea in 24 hours is considered a missed pill. Avoid any medicine or herbal interactions (check your pill pamphlet). Certain conditions such as ibs/Crohns, etc. can interfere with proper absorbtion. taking activated charcoal can interact as well. the pill is very high maintenance, always be careful and read your pill pamphlet.
