So the past four days I’ve had brown discharge/spotting and at this point, I’m assuming it’s my period? I wasn’t expecting it for another week or more, and usually it’s accompanied with pretty bad cramps and my first days are very heavy. But I have no cramps or other symptoms, just light, mostly brown spotting.

Has anyone else experienced this? Is it something bad or is it normal to have such an extremely light period all of the sudden? Debating calling my gyno, I don’t know if this is actually my period or something else.
