i know a lot of you will say “you don’t need to lose weight. you’re fine where you are.” and if you are, move along. i’m 14. i weigh 106 lbs. i have really been starting to gain weight. you can see it in my thighs, my legs, my stomach, and some in my face. i want to try and work for abs, but i don’t want to gain any leg muscle. just lose the fat. i have been cutting back some food and trying to drink more water. any tips are appreciated💗
