I feel crazy!!!
My little one is almost 4 months old and started rolling over in her sleep. I need to get rid of the swaddle sack but she fights sleep and screams, then when I finally get her to nap or sleep she tosses and turns until she wakes herself up. I dont know what to do to make this seem easier on the both of us I’ve tried swaddling her with one arm out and she still breaks out of it. We’re both sooo tired any advice would be appreciated
