Anybody went through the process of joint custody? And what would be the reasons the judge would deny the non custodial parent joint custody?
Long story short, my daughters dad wants joint custody, but I don’t feel comfortable with that. She’s lived with me always, she is one years old. He does have Parenting Time but now he wants joint custody. He doesn’t have his own place, he lives with his aunt. He works 3rd shift and doesn’t have anybody to watch her. I just need advice.
