Is it okay to be a stay at home wife?

Like have no kids together but you stay home and do all the housework/cooking/cleaning so he doesn’t have to.

It’s perfectly okay if it’s 100% your choice and you are happy with it. If you don’t like working and you don’t need the money, I don’t see what’s wrong with it. If you are only doing it because your SO wants you to or forces you to, that’s a problem. And just because they work and you don’t, doesn’t mean they should treat you like their slave and make you do everything for them, either.

I did this before i had kids. We didn’t need the extra income and he’d rather I’d stay home and cook, clean and such and I always hated working so worked out! Now I’m a stay a home mom which is guess is more mainstream.

I just don’t want people thinking I’m lazy or anything I just feel like if we don’t need the money and I don’t really want to work and would rather do all the chores so he doesn’t have to it would be good for both of us

If you don't need to work, then it is perfectly fine if you don't work. Now if you were on welfare or foodstamps or something then that might be a different story, but as long as your man's wages pay the bills, then there is no reason you HAVE to, or even should work if that's what you guys decide is best for your family.

Completely okay. My husband's a stay at home husband even because he has a disability. As long as it's okay with you and your SO, then do what is best for yall.
