What is this?? I felt something like a bump on my vagina and when i pulled it was this

It’s hard to see exactly because the flash and not close enough but kind of looks like a tick? 
Have you had them anywhere else where you were able to just “pull it off” like that?
Blackheads are typically slightly below the sounds surface and are usually pushed out of the skin to “pop” it.
