Nexplanon

So I got my nexplanon put in at the end of October 2017. I had some light spotting after a week of it getting it put in that only lasted a few days.

My period completely stopped since I got it so it’s been about 8 months or so. But yesterday and today I had a lot of stomach pains and I went to the bathroom today and there was a bit of blood.

Has anyone experienced something like this? It’s been a few hours and I haven’t bled since but im not sure if I’m getting my period again or if something is going on
