Luteal phase issues
Ok I need advice!! I got my first pp period May 5th. I was pretty sure I ovulated roughly 6 days before, just by cm and body signals. Well, this first cycle I didn’t ovulate until cd30!!!!!! That was last Sunday and today (5dpo), I just got my period 😑 what can I do to lengthen my luteal phase!?
