So a little background: he was arrested for felony drug possession (had 4 ecstasy pills) July 1,2016. got lucky and just had to do a drug program for a year and the entire arrest would be gone. started it in Feb 2017 and was doing well so they were going let him off early in Sept. but come Aug 2017 he gets arrested for dwi. gets kicked out of drug program. April 2018 gets 3mths probation for dwi. suppose to go to court on Monday to be put on 3yrs of probation for drug charge (still light compared to what he could get). So that brings us to this morning at 4:30am I get a call that he has been arrested AGAIN for another dwi. so that violates his probation which means he will go to jail for 90days for the first dwi. who knows what it means for the drug case or what he will get for the second dwi which also happend 2hrs from here in a completly different county. so now I have to figure out what to do with my 2 toddlers and how to get over there and pick up my truck from the wrecker service that towed it while already driving a vehicle. then after that I have to start trying to find a job and child care as he was our only income. I have a feeling he will be locked up when this kid comes. Becoming a single struggling mother to 3 yay!
