hey yall. I'm 6 weeks today after 4 years of infertility and 1 mc. I noticed some spotting today, brownish red. didnt have any cramps when it happened. Cramping a little but nothing consistent. also taking Crinione. Also. we had two embryos transferred and have read this spotting is common with twins? I spoke to the nurse, she said its super common and to monitor myself and if it gets worse I can go to the ER but there's nothing they can really do.

Please help put my mind at ease!!
