Fitting on roller coasters at Cedar Point
Weird question here. This is the closest group I could find to post this that makes sense. Please no judgement.
So my family and I live a stones through away from Cedar Point. I can ride every single ride there without a problem fitting (including the kids rides!)
I’m 5’9” 232lbs and I have that “momma pouch” thing that kind of makes your stomach hang from having kids. My husband is bigger than me around 5’10” 288lbs and fits on The Steel Vengeance ride with no problem but my momma pouch is causing me to not fit because the restraints push down on that area. According to park officials, it’s the “most restrictive ride in the park” (obviously lol).
I’m thin every where else. I’ve seen a ton of women and men three times my size getting on/off the ride.
I have a compression garment and it takes about 3 inches off of my pouch (if you’ve worn one you know it kinda pulls it up and sucks it in for you). I don’t know if it will make me fit but it’s worth a shot I guess.
So my question is, do you think it’s safe to wear the garment on the roller coaster so I can fit? Or is it going to put me in any sort of danger?
I mean super super skinny people ride it but the question has just been in the back of my mind all day.
Anyone done anything similar?
