My LO is 5 months old, we own our own business so he gets to come to work with me every day MT TFS. We’re typically here for 9 hour and he usually starts to get fussy towards the end of the day which is understandable but this week we’ve had a lot of stuff going on with our church after work as well so he either goes to the church nursery or stays with us.

We finally got done with the church stuff on Wednesday but these past two afternoons he has been getting really fussy and feels somewhat warm but he’s perfectly fine in the mornings though.

Today he took a three hour nap around 12:30 and now he’s falling asleep on me again in my baby carrier.

Question: could I be doing too much with him? Is he over stimulated or over exhausted? Or is it maybe something else?

The only other issue is he’s been spitting up a bit more
