Should I take a pregnancy test?

I just got off the Nexplanon May 18, had my period May 20-24. I did have sex on my period and had sex almost every day until about 3 days ago. I have really bad white discharge, I feel nauseous(never can throw up), and I have cramps. Have sore boobs, but not to sore. Should I worry?
