Stomach aches

I’m 8 weeks PP and for the last week or so I have been having really bad stomach aches where I feel very nauseous and have hot flashes but it happens at night so I’m up almost all night either feeling sick to my stomach or helping my son. I’ve been taking tums every night and it seems to help. Any one else have this or any advice? Getting real sick of it... I miss sleep 😩
