I've breastfed mu baby for 10 months now and my period came back to "normal" last month.

I had unprotected sex with my hubs a few times this month during the fertility window. I've been getting symptoms of an early pregnancy but I had a negative result on a urine test at the doctor's.

My period is supposed to come in 3 days. Could it be too early to tell or am I just not expecting?

Because I have a PCOS history and have been experiencing pain a lot lately, I'm getting an ultrasound in 2 days :( I hope everything is Ok but instead of cysts I'd wish it's a baby.
