I’m 4 weeks 6 days, this is my second pregnancy I lost my first pregnancy at 12 weeks in February.

I’ve been having light Brown spotting for 4 days now only when I wipe, but my pain concern is the aches I’m getting in my shoulder, arm and across the top of my back, got checked over by the doctor and he wasn’t worried as I wasn’t crying or screaming in pain when he pressed my stomach, and my bloody pressure was normal.

Just wondering if anyone else has these aches and if it’s just our bodies feeling tired.
