31 weeks and 5 days pregnant with severe cramps all over stomach and diarrhea, what could be causing it?

Answer

I had this too, it turned out that I had already started getting Braxton Hicks, and in terms of diorrhea I had that nearly all the time before the baby was due! 
However, if the pain is unbearable or worrying you I’d definitely say to contact your midwife! They might even just let you go into hospital and be monitored for a couple of hours.. which isn’t so bad because you get to hear the baby’s heartbeat for a good solid hour or so. ;)
