Back ache in bed only. What will help?

Thinking about trying a pregnancy support pillow. But which one for back and belly support?. It needs to fit in bed with me and partner though. Some of them look huge! Was thinking the v shaped one? Any thoughts or recommendations grateful x

a friend gave me a used boppy body pillow. it's nice because it can get into many positions. I have the same issue, backache in bed only, almost put me in tears. still trying to figure out the best position. also doing the exercise where you get on hands and knees and Arch your back both ways it does help alleviate some discomfort.
